Ingredients:
▪️ 5 eggs
▪️ 1 cup (200 ml) warm water
▪️ 120 g ground linseed
▪️ 50 g linseed seeds
▪️ 100g sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
▪️ 2 tsp baking powder
▪️ 3/4 tsp salt
▪️ 80 g melted butter

Baking tin 20 cm x 10 cm (approximately)
Bake 180°C - 30-40 minutes

Method:
1. Mix all Ingredients well.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
3. Bake 180°C - 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool.
