NEW RECIPE OF KETO CONDENSED MILK!

Preparation and ingredients:
Cream 20-33% fat - 2 cup (500 ml).
Pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Put on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce the fire to a minimum.
Add erythritol to taste. We have 5 tablespoons.
Cook the cream until thickened for 45-60 minutes.
The cream needs to be stirred periodically (if the pan has a thin bottom, you need to stir constantly).
After thickening by 2 times, remove from heat, pour into a container and cool in the fridge.
Whisk again.
We put it in the refrigerator (you can transfer it to a storage container and use it as condensed milk or for making healthy desserts).
We will get 300 g of keto condensed milk from this amount of ingredients.
