Delicious muffins recipe - keto, low-carb, gluten-free for an occasional or not-so-much treat.

Ingredients for 12 muffins:
*0.5 orange cut into smaller pieces
* 3 medium eggs
* 125g almond flour
* 0.5tsp of baking powder
* 2 tbsp of sweetener of your choice - I used erythritol
* 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract
* small pinch of salt

Follow the instructions and steps in the video. Bake keto muffins at 180C/350F for 15-20 minutes. Test with the wooden stick or fork in the centre to ensure they are cooked thoroughly.
