How to get rid of bloat with Dairy-Free Keto Chow by @the_keto_dealer

Have you ever wondered if dairy is making you bloat? I decided to do a personal experiment the past few weeks, swapping out some of the dairy in my diet for dairy-free foods instead and WOOOW! I was shocked when I noticed how much flatter my tummy was, and it also seems that I just feel better all around. My digestion is more regular, my energy has been great, and my fat loss journey has been moving along at a very consistent pace.

To my knowledge, I have never had issues with dairy, and to be clear- during this experiment I still enjoyed cheese and consumed some whey protein, but I wanted to see what would happen if I started swapping out some of the dairy in my diet for dairy-free alternatives instead. I loved my results so much, I’ll definitely keep doing this, keeping my dairy consumption a bit lower.
