Here’s a quick refreshing treat for your Fourth of July cookout. This simple, low carb fruit dip is so refreshing and easy to make. It uses only four ingredients and it’s so refreshing. Enjoy a delicious sweet treat without all the guilt.

Ingredients:
1 Lemon juiced
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
11oz Cottage cheese

If you would like a smoother texture, feel free to use the food processor. I didn’t feel like getting all of that out so I’ll just used the hand mixer.

Just add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whip until all ingredients are incorporated. Serve with your choice of fresh fruit we love, strawberries, and blueberries. Those are the most keto friendly fruits.
