Here's the recipe (6 carbs per serving - 12 servings per cake):
1 cup blanched almond flour
3/4 cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp slt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup granulated sweetener of choice (I used a monfruit/erythritol blend)
4 large eggs
3/4 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Keto friendly frosting (I created a cream cheese blend - blend till creamy)
1/2 cup cream cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice (I used a monfruit/erythritol blend)
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350f. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray (I used a 100% avocado oil spray)
In mixing bowl, add your almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well, set aside.
In another bowl, cream your butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well until fully incorporated. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mix. Add the dry ingredients and beat until creamy.
NOTE: batter will be THICK.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350ºf. Cool completely. Add frosting.
