This keto filo pastry will satisfy all your pastry needs to make pies, sweet pastries like a custard danish or a keto apple strudel like we shared in the video. When rolled really thin it behaves just like a regular filo pastry, or press into a pie dish to form a crust. I do recommend using the CK Almond Flour for this recipe.
