INGREDIENTS:
Yeast Mixture:
1 cup warm Heavy Cream (100F/50C)
1 tbsp Instant Dried Yeast
1/2 tsp Honey

1 bag Classic Bread Keto Bake Mix
1 1/2 cups Egg Whites
1 tbsp White/Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Monkfruit Granulated Sweetener

Chocolate Mixture:
1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Coconut Oil

Method:
1. Whisk yeast mixture together well, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven at 350F/176C. Grease & line 8.5 x 4.5" loaf tin.
3. Add the bake mix, egg whites, yeast mixture and sweetener to a bowl and mix to combine.
4. Melt the chocolate mixture.
5. Add half the dough to the lined loaf tin, spread 1/3 of the melted chocolate.
6. Add the remaining dough and smooth out. Add the remaining melted chocolate and spread over the loaf.
7. Cover with foil creating a tenting effect or dome shape so there is room to rise.
8. Bake for 1 hour, remove the foil then bake for a further 30 minutes
STORE: Wrap in Saran or Cling wrap and refrigerate for up to 10 days
