Easy Keto Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:
• 1 pound of cooked salmon, shredded
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dried dill
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a large mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon with a fork.
3. Add the eggs, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the salmon. Mix until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is cooked through.
6. Allow the salmon loaf to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
