Sesame crackers - low carb, keto, low GI recipe

Sesame seed crackers. You can use them as snacks or as a base for spreads.

Ingredients (Makes 30 crackers):
Sesame seeds - 175g
Sunflower seeds - 75g
Grated cheddar (or cheese of your choice) - 50g
Psyllium husk - 1 tbsp (8g)
Water - 125ml
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

Per serving:
Calories: 60
Net carbs: 1g
Fiber: 1g
Fat: 5g
Protein: 2g

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
3. Bake for 20 minutes (350F/175C)
4. Remove from oven and cut into portions
5. Reduce heat to 280F/140C and put the tray back into the oven.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
