Low Carb Bacon, White Cheddar, Onion Quiche w/Coconut Flour Crust #LowCarbRecipes Crust: 3/4 C. Coconut Flour, 1 Stick Butter (1/2 Cup), 1/2 Tsp. Salt, 2 Eggs. (Melt Butter, blend all ingredients, form a ball and press into the bottom of a non-stick pan sprayed with pam). Filling: 6 Eggs, 3/4 C. Sour Cream, 5 Strips of Bacon Chopped, 1/2 Small Onion Diced, 2 Slices Sharp White Cheddar, 3/4 Tsp. Sea Salt, and 1/2 Tsp. Pepper (Cook Chopped Bacon in Frying Pan until Almost Done then Add Diced Onion until Caramelized. While Bacon and Onions are cooking combine Eggs, Salt, Pepper and Sour Cream in a bowl and blend well. Add bacon, onions and cheese to Egg Mixture, stir well and pour over Pie Crust.
